All items are sent out in perfect condition but if for any reason any item should arrive damaged, Crafty Gems will offer a full refund or replacement upon return of the damaged item. Should you need to return an item for any reason please follow the steps below: Please contact Crafty Gems within 48 hours of receipt of the item with details of the problem and whether you require a refund or replacement.Securely pack the item including all original packaging.Ensure that you include your name and address together with the reason for the return somewhere in the package.Obtain a certificate of postage from the post office.Once Crafty Gems are in receipt of the returned item a replacement will be sent or a refund issued within 3 working days.
